Reagarding Travel Request RFC

Hi

I am new to ABAP and in process of creating Travel Request RFC and searched for standard RFC and i got this standard RFC PTRA_WEB_EXPENSE_REPORT_SAVE.

when i tried to execute i am not able to give values to I_GENERAL_DATA.

Please suggest how to give values to that.

And also Please suggest standard RFC's for Creating Travel Request and Travel Plan.
