PO for goods free of charge

Hi frnds,

I need to receive (import) goods free of charge i.e. i won't make vendor payment.However i need to clear the customs duties for these goods and want to take credit for CVD.When i tick free goods in ME22N the net price becomes zero.How do i clear the customs duties then ? Please reply ....
