Hi,

Excise point of view;

J2IER1 - RE1 Report - Need to be submitted

J2I9 - Monthly Return (Annexure X) - Need to be submitted

J2IRG1 - RG1 Register (Maintain it, not to submit but at the time of Audit, Excise can demand)

J2I6 - Registers like; RG23A Part I & II, RG23C Part I & II, PLA, RG1, RG23D, RT-12 (Maintain it, not to submit but at the time of Audit, Excise can demand)

Sorry, It was typing mistake, its not RE1, its ER1

ER1 Report (J2IER1)

Use: -

The Government of India vide Notification No 26/2005-Central Excise (N.T.) prescribed the form E.R.-1 to be filled with excise authorities, by all the assessees (as defined under Central Excise Act) on a monthly basis for production and removal of goods and other relevant particulars and CENVAT credit.

You can run the report for a plant for a particular month. The system displays and prints the various sections of the form for a Registration Number of a plant for a particular month.

Activities: -

1. To access the report, run transaction J2IER1.

2. Enter the selection criteria. This is based on the Excise Group, Plant and a particular month.

3. Enter the Last Utilization Period. This is the period during which the excise duty credit has been used for the particular month. If you do not specify a period here, the system reads the last utilization period.

4. You can enter the General Ledger Account Number for the different service taxes. If you enter the Account Number, the system checks the amount against that service tax and prints it on the header of the form.

5. Select the section of the form that you want to display and print. For a complete ER1 reporting, you must print all the sections.

Yes, there are like Purchase Tax Register, Sales Tax Register, Service Tax Register, VAT Register, but these are not available in Standard SAP. We can get the details from different SAP Reports but not in the desired format. So we generally go for ABAP development. There is a SAP Standard report which provides Tax Return Details;

S_ALR_87012357 - Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases

Also you can use Stock Reports like; MB52, MB5B and MB5L to submit the monthly stock details to Banks.

Purchase Tax Register, Sales Tax Register, Service Tax Register, VAT Register

from which reports we can get the above information so that we can develop new reprt as per the standard govt report.
