Dear SAP GURU's,

In the COnsignmnet Stock scenerio ...

After creating the order for say 200 Items in the Document type ZKB consignment Fill up...

In the Transaction MC(A Incoming orders I cannot find the Item and the quantities uipdated.

But for the standard order it is getting updated whay would be the possible solution of the same.

The standard Item category KBN has no Statistics group and hence the sales figures are not updated in MC(A SIS. SAP has done because the sales figure is updated at Issue (for KEN).

Now if you make KBN update statistics, then when you do Issue, the sales figure would again increase and hence you will have double sales.

You can make KBN update your SIS by doing:

Goto the path SPRO - Logistics General  LIS  Logistics data warehouse  Updating  Updating Control  Settings: Sales  Statistics Groups  Assign Statistics Group to each Sales Document Item Type.

Assign 1 to KBN and now it will update statistics. But now dont forget to delete 1 from KEN now so that it does not updae again.

Just a remark :

It's not advised because you lost invoice key figures.

In consigment fill-up (KB), no invoice (only proforma) ...

It's better to create new infostructure to isolate this particular process.

Hi,

In standard LIS report, this process don't update LIS table because this is in your stock yet.

But, it's possible to follow this stock by using Tcode MB58.

With LIS, it's easy to create new infostructure only for this process.

--> Create new statistic group (SM30 : V_TVSF)

--> Add this statistic group for item category (SM30 : V_TVAP_STG) and document type (SM30 : V_TVAK_STG).

--> Create new update group only for this statistic group (Tcode OVRP & OVRO).

--> Copy from S001 for key figures.

BECAUSE in the process of consignment fill up the ownership lies with the company itself , so u cann't get the report.
