Field MARC - EKGRP ( Pur Grp ) compulsion

Dear Experts,

I am in requirement of making field MARC - EKGRP mandatory in MM02 mode ( not in MM01 mode). Also I want this development to be appicable only to HALB and ROH type of material.

Is it possible through standard way?

Suggestions will be appriciated and rewarded.
