After changing path in target mapping, new app does not load in launchpad

Hi everyone,

We have made changes of an existing app and uploaded in ABAP repository as new app then configured in existing target mapping of a catalogue, not in lpd_cust.

But in fiori launchpad, it loads the previous version of app.

I have executed most of the cache reports.

This issue is found only in production now, please help..!!

Note: We have not activated sap/bc/ui2/flp, if we use this will it work?, since it in a production, I cannot do for testing.

Please try to reset user personalization, by going to SU01 -> Personalization tab.

Reset objects /UI2/CONTAINER and /UI2/USER_PROFILE

Is this happening for a specific set of users or for everyone?

did you check this behavior in test environment, and are you able to replicate.

We tested with couple of users in production, loading previous app. In testing environment it worked fine.

If it was working in QA and not in production, then it might be due to cache issues only.

Did you verify if all transports has moved correctly into production environment and target mapping has updated.

Also did you run cache_buster program?

Clear the browser cache or press ctrl+F5 on the screen and check if it works

Even after creating a new tile and target mapping but same semantic object, it loads the previous app.
