Manage Tickets Web Service: Default Values for Requested Start and End Date?

Dear Experts,

when creating a service ticket in C4C and no values are provided for requestedFulfilmentPeriod/StartDateTime and requestedFulfilmentPeriod/EndDateTime in the web service request message we have observed that default values for "Requested Start Date" and "Requested End Date" are added in the UI?

Is there any possibility to configure this behavior, e.g. keeping empty values of no data for these fields is provided via the web service?

The requested start is set by standard to always default to today + 2 days when a ticket is created. That is irrespective of channel. Currently there is no functionality to change this behaviour.

You might try adding an AfterModify on the ticket to clear the value, if at all possible.
