Travel Management FI-TV: Activation of FI-TV

Dear forumers,

I have a very urgent question - when transferring FI-TV component from Development and Test systems to Productive system we found out that the functional module is not activeted! I know that all business functions are activeted in SPRO -- IMG Activate business-functions or Tcode SFW5. But I have no rights to do any changes in SFW5. We tried to make a query of activation in Development system to be transferred to Productive, but it doesn't work!!! FI-TV is not activeated neither in SPRO of Productive nor in standard SAP menu in Productive! What should I do?
