Quality inspection - Inspection planning

Dear all,

Scenario: matl A is inspected for 3 charecteristics say Char A, B, and C. all these charecteristics are quantitative chars. Matl B is inspected for Char A, B and C.

For matl A - Char A is inspected for 15% to 30 %

For matl B - Char A is inspected for 45% to 60%

pls suggest me some solution hw do i create inspection plan for matl A and Matl B.
