BP Grouping and account group mapping

HI,

When a customer is created in CRM he gets created in R3 with the account group set in PIDE for classification"B". Now as per our requirement we r required to create BP's in R3 with different account groups based on CRM groupings. Can some one let me know how and where can this be configured.

Thats the default Account Group which you are mentioning.

From CRM 5.0 onwards, you can change (or set) Account Group while creating a BP in CRM. But, i dont think this functionality is available in CRM 4.0 or lower version. If its lower version, you might have to do some custom developments to achive this.
