I have created a new movement type by copying from an existing movement type.

Can I change the movement type text?

give client and mov type no

then in short text just change the text against ur language

Hi,

You can create your own movement type in OMJJ. And even you can change the Movement type text also.

Remember the New Movement type should start with 9 series or with Z. Because Standard SAP has proveided movements types upto 899.

Hi

You can create a movement type with reference to the standard movement type. It would be an ideal idea if u can use the Z or Y notation(sayZ51 etc) as there are warehouse movement types which use 9 series ( say 902 etc) . Once the movement type is copied along with the original short test, the same can be edited which is again language dependent.

Offcourse you can change.

Make sure that you create Mvt Types with 9 series like 999 etc
