Individual/Collective indicator setting in material master

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to make the Individual/Collective indicator setting in the MRP4 view of the material master mandatory for one plant and optional for another plant. I want to restrict one plant to a value, while in another plant users do not have to maintain a value. Any insight is appreciated. i will reward points for helpful answers.
