Hello,
We just created a few new users in SAP and see that the Main Menu displayed on the left side is short -- it only shows Admin, Sales Opp, Banking, HR and Reports. It's missing other modules like Inventory, Production, Purchasing, MRP, etc...a lot of modules missing.
All users are listed as super users and licensing is Professional User...what's going on?
Please advise.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike,
After you login click on Form Settings (CTRLShiftS) and make sure all module are visible and also Click Apply Authorizations
...wait for the Ok button to Turn to Update...Click Update and then Ok.

Hi,
Just press CtrlSHiftS to open the form settings and in the form setting windows, try to check the column visible is unticked for the modules you could not see in the main menu. if it is unticked, just ticked it, update and click OK. if you want to apply authorization, you could click apply authorization button.
