Short and Excess Consumption

Hi Experts,

In my scenario, user normally short confirm the production order. I am giving you a scenario. I have a mfg material x and two components a and b. Suppose when confirming the production order user changes quantity of a and b and confirms the order. Although we have made variant of all the T-codes and withdrawn authorisation of standard t-codes. We want to know. How much short and excess material was used during any period. Please confirm whether MCRE will suffice. But material code not comes in this report. Second option is we have COOIS, then select Component. But here is also a problem, here we don't get header material delivered quantity, we get only child (component) quantity. Suppose we have confirmed 50 Nos out of 200 nos of x, then required quantity and withdrawn quantity and open quantity are there, how can we co-relate.

Do some body helps me in getting the desired report or we have to make some sqvi query.
