PLD - Standardizing form headers

Hello - I am formatting all my customers marketing documents and wanted to know if there was a way to design the layout the of header and copy it to all marketing documents.

I am trying to standardize the look and feel of each form, while providing customization such as logo etc.

Any tips or tricks anyone can recomend?
