Probably the simplest thing to do, as these are all ILE programs, is to use the DSPPGM command to find out the creation date of the program's modules and to compare it with the date of the latest patch in the marketplace. If it' s out by more than a couple of days, then you can be pretty sure that you don't have the latest version. The command should look like this, taking FIXR3OWNS as an example:
DSPPGM PGM(FIXR3OWNS) DETAIL(*MODULE)
