Hi
I have the following requirement for Service process:
My Cliente wants to get from the BP Marketing attribute the BP Rank, example: GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE and base on this Rank set the Priority in the Service Order, and also if it possible to set the Inicial and end date for the Service.
I do'nt Find any BADI , where to do this.
Any Suggestion

1. for the start/end dates you can define date rules. Please check the spro transaction(customizing) under CRM->Basic Functions->Date Management. As an example you could have a look to the service contract.
2. To change the priority you could overrite the getter for the priority, inquire the BP marketing attributes and call the setter for the priority accordingly.
