Service level reporting

I'm trying to setup the service level reporting so that it includes CPH objects. I've set it up as per note 872569 but when i run the report i get an error no 4 which according to the note is 'requested indicator is not longer known in the CPH'

I've checked the CPH and it's there and when i look at the 'overview of available data' there are entries listed.

Anyone got any ideas
