HR Infotypes Names and Infotype Field Names

Two issues:

First Issue:

One of our Users is currently doing a comparison between the old R/3 Dev 110 (4.6c)  and the new upgraded R/3 Dev 110 (ECC6).  She has spotted that a number of the Infotypes (HR screens) in the new upgrade client that have different names to the old client, for example:

IT0001 in R/3 Dev in the old client is called u20180001 - Contractual Positionu2019 infotype

IT0001 in R/3 Dev in the new client is called u2018Organizational Assignmentu2019 infotype

Is this usual in an upgrade?

Second issue:

Also, there is a further issue within the u2018IT0002 Personal Detailsu2019 infotype, in that a number of the field names have reverted to the original names.

Is there a way to check the changes for the field names in all Infotypes?

Yes - it´s possible that the infotype descriptions are changed.

Did you run SPAU/SPDD after your upgrade already? did you regenerate the infotypes after the upgrade (see post upgrade steps in the guide)?
