GOS Transaction ME21N Service "Store Business Document" disabled

Hi,

We did the customizing OAC2 and OAC3 to enable the service Store Business Document .It is working very well for transactions ME22N and ME23N. But this service remains disabled in transaction ME21N. In Sap standard could you please tell me if it is normal or not and do you already enable it for ME21N and how ? ?

Hi Maria-Christine!

When you use the 'Store Business Document' functionality (ArchiveLink service), the purchase order must already be created before you can link a document to it. As you already stated in ME22n and ME23n the 'Store Business Document' is available for use, as these transactions are the change and display transactions. But ME21n is the create purchase order transaction and so the 'Store Business Document' functionality is greyed out.
