Dear All,
I have installed SAP EP 7 on Window Platform AS JAVA, but after post installation when I tried to access
http://portal:50200/AdobeDocumentServices/Config
I got this message
Cannot download WSDL from http://portal:50200/AdobeDocumentServices/Config?wsdl: Cannot connect to http://portal:50200/AdobeDocumentServices/Config?wsdl: portal
I installed only java stack, why I am getting this error? Do I need to install ABAP stack also to use Adobe Forms??
Please clear my doubt.
Thanks in Advance
Hi,
check the following documentation at help.sap.com
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/37/504b8cbc2848a494facfdc09a359b1/frameset.htm
More information can be found here:
https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/adobe
As far as I know you have to perform a couple of steps in order to configure the Adobe Document Services Web Service (Configure the SLD etc.)
see http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/ce/66d3cc1a384736bf3249544941c8cb/content.htm
Here you can find a configuration check list to see if your service has been properly installed:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/43/f0638873b56bede10000000a11466f/content.htm
Concerning your question about ABAP or JAVA:
I think you can either use ABAP or JAVA stack. You do not have to install both so if you installed JAVA it should be fine
After proper installation and configuration you should be able to call
http://<server>:<port>/AdobeDocumentServices/Config
The Web page of the Web service AdobeDocumentServices should be displayed.
Otherwise check the above documentation to make sure that you installed and configured ADS properly
Cheers
