Hi,

When trying to shop in getting the following error message

Cannot Start Transaction

The Internet Transaction Server could not start the transaction "BBPSC02" because of the following error: .

how to solve it.

Hi,

You might be creating a Sc using your id.... rite?

Usually the user who is creating a Shopping cart should be consistent in Org Unit... that means he/she should be consistent...

those who are consistent can only create a Shopping cart...

run this T-code bbp_check_users and provide the user id and check whether user is consistent or not

If he/she is not consistent then you cannot create a SC by using that userid/pwd

So to resolve this issue

1. Either you make user consistent (currently your user id u r using)

2.check who is consistent in the srm system and use that user id to create SC..

If you are using sandbox system then create a user in su01 and make user consistent in srm system and one you make consistent then you are eligible to create a SC

To put it in simple words, add your Id to the Org unit using Trx USERS_GEN.

once you have made the user functional in SRM (assigned to org structure & consistent)

check the same TXN in SAPGUI

i.e. come out of easy access with /n

and run TXN BBPSC02

if it is working in SAPGUI but not in webgui

then you need to chekc ITS service & publication

Hi,

Go to SICF and test service and see if the message is different

Login as the same user and try BBPSC02 and see if the shop screen appears

As per my knowledge you dont have a proper license.
