How do I get through to register SAP Lumira?

I'm brand new, and just installed Lumira.

When I try to register the product, I get the error:

"Unable to contact the server. Ensure that you have an internet connection. Check the proxy settings in preferences."

I do have an internet connection, have the appropriate (none) proxy settings set, and have made sure my Windows Firewall is not blocking.

Any ideas?
