Reverse "Set Cold"

Hello all,

Does anyone know if it is possible to reverse a "Set Cold"?

For example I accidentally set an initiative/campaign to cold with CUAN_INITIATIVE_SET_COLD and I want to reverse it. How could I do that?

Hello Joyca,

Unfortunately this is not possible. The Set Cold and Delete Cold reports both has "Test Mode" and "Productive Mode" to allow end users to perform their expected actions. It is a one way action for aging functionalities with retention period.
