ME9F TRIAL PRINTOUT

Hello,

When I click on trial printout, the purchase order is sent directly to the supplier, I want just to preview it and not send it to the supplier for the moment.

After checking the PO I will send it by mail.

Somebody could tell how I could stop the sending of the email with the button trial printout.

Hi,

In ME9F if you select the po and say Display message system will actually show you the Preview of output and if you say Output message or Trial printout system will trigger for Print/Send mail.

Thanck you for your answer, but could you tell me why the Trial printout system will trigger the Sending by mail?
