Scot setting-SMTP

Dear gurus,

I configured a action profile for sending message.

in the action when i execute the function send message to the creator.

it is executed successfully while saving.

but i am not receiving the message in my outlook box.

when i checked in scot settings, If i execute the clock (Start send process ) then by clicking start in the popup only i am getting message in my outlook box.

That means these created messages are pending at this stage.

I think there is a setting require in the transaction SCOT to send message immediately without staging in the repository.

Pl guide me.
