Either it GR or GI we have options in place.. Please find the methods..
For GR, you can use MIGO and select GR against Order. Input the Order, then press Enter. Then input again the next order, then press Enter, and so on .... The same way for Goods Issuance. Use MIGO and select GI against Order.
One good option to do goods issue to collective order is to use the Mass processing transaction COHV. Menu path is Productionl> Control--> COHV.
Next input your production order, select indicator Display collective order.
Next under Mass processing tab select function as picking. This ensures that system will pick all items that are relevant for good issue. (Any items that are backflushed will not be taken for processing).
Next hit F8 or Execute. System will diaplay all required collective orders.
Next hit Mass processing icon. You will now be displayed Picking list or Goods movement screen .Ensure that storage location, plant, qty is fine. then hit Save icon.
All Goods issue for relevant collective orders will be posted
Or, you can use CO12 (Collective Confirmation) to post GR.
if your business allows to do mass GR & GI and if any special functionality is required then you can use with LSMW or BDC...Hope it is useful..
