Hi Experts.

I would like to learn Web Dynpro..., then I get a lot of Tutorials for it.

My question it's the next..., In all of the tutorials that I have, when I create the View --> MAINWINDOW and I go to tab Layout, in my Tutorial appear in Favorites a lot of components like --> ActiveComponents, Adobe OfficeIntegration , Pattern ... etc. to insert in the MAINWINDOW.

Where are this component?? I mean... When I go in my SAP, only appear this component --> Text, Action, Selection, layout, graphic, integration... it's not the same as in the tutorial.

How I can load the components that I can see in my tutorial in my SAP??

Thks very much.

What particular UI Element are you looking for? SPS13 is pretty recent and should have most anything you have seen.

Yes by SPS13 I meant Support Package Stack 13. From your earlier description I can see that is the release level of your ABAP environment:

SAP_BASIS 700 0013 SAPKB70013

So my point was that your Support Package level is fairly current (SP15 for NetWeaver ABAP is the most current). I don't believe there were any new UI elements between SP13 and SP15 - so you should have everything you might have seen in a tutorial. Exactly what UI element can you not find?

For example, I don't have The UI Standard Container to do Groups, or BusinessGraphics, Adobe, Pattern,OfficeIntegration...

I have only de next UI --> TEXT, ACTION, SELECTION,COMPLEX, LAYOUT, GRAPHIC , INTEGRATION... and inside of this group the correspondent objects.

You should only have Text, Action, Selection, Complex, Layout, Graphic, and Integration. Those are the current categories. As I said earlier, very old turtorials might show the older groupings of UI Elements. However in one of the early support packages these groups were changed. All we did was reorganize the UI elements into different groupings - nothing was removed.

So you have all the correct groupings that you should have. What UI elements do you think you are missing. I betting they are still there, just in a different category than what might be shown in the old tutorial.

Hi Pedro,

in addition to Thomas' information, see also the [documentation|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/cd/422b035f01914e80251a660e39ab14/frameset.htm].

Before SP13 the UI elements were displayed in the view designer according to their libraries, with SP13 this was changed to categories.

The Favorites section of the toolbar is like a browser favorities. It is place for you to choose what UI elements you use most often and place them there. The Favorities section is delivered empty - becuase SAP hasn't perfected the mind reading ABAP command to know which UI elements will be your favorite (although an upcomming Enhancment Package will hopefully have the new ABAP KEYWORD - READ USERS MIND).

All kinding aside, you just have to drag and drop the UI elements from their main toolbox area into the Favorities selection to store them there. You aren't missing any UI elements if your favorities are empty - they are there in one of the categories. If you view some of the older tutorials - please keep in mind that in one of the Support Packages SAP did reorganize the UI element categories - so they may appear different in the tutorial.
