Unable to create user in EP

Hi Experts

Need help. I have installed Netweaver 7.0 (ideas) recently and i'm trying to create a user in the portal, using J2EE_Admin but i can't. It prompt me An error occured please contect your user Admin.

I have add the SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION role to the SAPJSF but still i can't create a user in the Portal.

Please help.
