Incorrect Final Confirmation

Hello,

When we received the IDOC form our Legacy MES with STATUS "CLR", the process should have canceled the RESERVATIONS, but the reservations continue in the Order.

What went wrong, how could we trace the error and processed this correct. Please assist in resolving this.
