Create material error ?

Hi gurus,

When I use MM01 to create material ( Select all view ) then I enter the plan . But I got the error like this :

The company code ABCD does not exist or has not been fully maintained .

I've checked the help by steps:

1. Define, copy, delete, check company code. ==> OK

2.Enter global parameters. ==>OK the fiscal year has been assigned

3.Maintain company codes for materials management. ==> OK

But after that the same error still occurs
