error while posting Physical Document diff

Hi Guru,

I am trying to post Physical document and getting an error -as -" For document type W

field Doc. Hdr Text".

I tried and search for this field. I did not get that at which place this field has been made mandatory.

I want to make it as optional.

Please let me know where to change it. Or please suggest where to add data for field in physical document.
