Date from Date to for Limit SC_Date to Not mandatory

Hi,

I created a Limit SC for Services. And I chose dates for Required field Between.. I entered Date from only..

But system is not giving any message if i didn't enter DATE TO value.. Is it standard behaviour?

I just want to make this DATE TO value as mandatory..
