RFC call was not successful because of system failure + My Inbox(FIORI)

Hello Friends.

when i click on "My Inbox" in FIORI launch pad. I am getting below error. Can u pls. help me on this issue.

Hi Vijay,

Most probably you have not configured or there is some configuration error.
