Material Movements between location

Hi Gurus,

A Particular material has to be controlled to move/ transfer between particular location/Plant,

(For Ex Plant 1000, Material Glass, When i receive from customer as returns, i have to receive the material to the particular location, it should not be allow the user has to receive it in someother Location, FYI: i have 4 locations....

i have to do all internal transfer to all 4 locations

can you please help me to solve the issue,
