Commission can be assigned at header as well as detail level. With the help of form settings make the field active and visible and enter the amount.

You can assign sales persons in each document line.

All you have to do is show that column in the document lines

It depends on your scenario.

B1 allows for you to determine a sales person for the business partner, and also separately for each document (sales order, delivery note, invoice).

So you could determine a different sales person for each, and create a query report that assigns commission to any or all of the sales persons involved in the sales process.
