ERP --> CRM - external number range not taken in CRM

Hi everyone,

this is with reference to my previous post to which unforunately i couldn't receive any further clarifications. My middelware settings are as follows:

1. Customers are created in R/3

2. PIDE settings: R/3 : Internal number range

CRM: External number range

number ranges are same on both sides

External checkbox is already selected

3. ECC Reference customer created in R/3 External number range (because my requirement is external no.range from R/3 to flow into CRM External no.range - i tried this setting in PIDE and Ext. to Ext didnt work out)

But the problem is that only customers with R/3 External number range are getting replicated to CRM Internal - Why is this happening any ideas ?? Please help !
