Hierarchy -> Change Node

Hi everybody!

One big problem. I created a hierarchy and created a structure manually. I added some infoobjects but one infoobject has only a Key but no medium description in German but in English the field is filled. I try to change the description via right mouse click -> change node but I can't change anything. How can I change the med. description?

Hi,

Goto that particular info object in RSA1 and maintain the description in German manually.

it works. I've analyzed the problem and two infoobjects has a language flag the other objects not. How can I delete the language flag?

Hi,

In the info object under the Master Data/Text there is a flag for 'texts language dependent. You can remove it from there.

Also in the transfer rules/transformation for the text you can put a constant of DE against the 0LANGU object.

In that case if you want you can create a copy of the material info object to a z object and test your changes there first.
