How activate service in Collaboration Launch Pad

Hi Everybody,

if i use the service Send-Email.. within the Collaboration Launch Pad i get the error:

Exception Class: class com.sapportals.wcm.WcmException

Exception Message: Could not execute command 'com.sap.ip.collaboration.coreui.api.people.flexibleui.CLPUICommand'

How can i active this Service?
