Business Partner Employee replication from S/4 HANA to CRM

Hi All,

I have new requirement that we need to replicate Business partner Employee from S/4 HANA to SAP CRM. previously my client is using ECC and currently they are using S/4 HANA. they are creating employee in S/4 hana tool and they want same Business partner with employee role is replicating in CRM system also. please suggest me all the required configuration and setting which we need to do in both the system for replicating Employee in CRM.
