MaxDB Installation Trouble

Hi everyone,

I installed Trial NetWeaver 7.0 on my notebook and everything was OK. Suddenly, i started having problems with MaxDB.

I uninstalled the whole netweaver and maxdb.

Now i can't install maxdb, aparently it's still there but the 'sapdb' directory isn't. And when i try to install it, the installation wizard skips it.

Can anyone help me?

please also describe how you did the 'uninstallation'. Did you just delete the files?

Is your system running on Windows?

Was this the only MaxDB installation on this server?

Do you have access to SAP notes?

Please provide the installation log (the relevant part, not the full log) - otherwise we can just "guess" what is happening.
