Grey Mode in pricing

Hello friends,

Can somebody help me that I have copied standard Pricing procedure and named it YVAA01.For tax condition types

At order level when I am trying to give header conditions at header level or item conditions at item level when I am giving manually, they are greyed out.not displaying the values.simply value is becoming 0.00 and greyed out.condition types I maintained manually.

Please let me know where I have to check?
