Is 1.6Ghz processor is enough for LAptop?

Hello i want to install SAP4.7 in my LAPTOP but my processor

is of 1.6ghz the man who is installing is saying like with 1.6ghz processor SAP cannot be installed can anyone suggest me what to do in my case.

If i have posted in wrong forum suggest where i should post to get the correct reply.
