New to SAP needs help with pricelists.

Hello Everybody!

My name is Christer, from Sweden.

I´m totally new to SAP so I´m struggling with a very important part for our Business. My problem is as follows.

We deal a lot within public procurement and tenders. This can result in that 1 (one) specific customer can have up to 3 different agreements running simultaneously for a certain period. And often it happens that the customer wants to prolong 2 of the agreements without price changes. BUT the third contract they want to prolong with a certain price adjustment. Now, if all these 3 contracts have the same validity dates, I have a challenge. This customer has a total of over 1500 items divided on their three agreements, when I now list the customers pricelist I don´t know how to separate the three different contracts. Today I can only go by validity date, and this causes a big problem in situations like this.

My question is: When I create a new pricelist (new item list with prices), can I name that list with a cerain name and/or number, so that when I need to change prices for that specific list I can just search/filter for that specific name I gave the list??

If it helps, Today I´m creating new contracts in VK11 and making changes in VK12.

I hope this gives you all an idea of what I mean and What I´m after..
