Shopping cart Status

Hi Experts

can any one tell me what are the list of status that a sc is having like created approved...e.t.c

and if a shopping cart is deleted we can do anything for that SC rite? and also if a SC is rejected by any approver then what can we do in that case

Hi,

If you are looking for explanation for each status, you can check the same in BS23 transaction.

Also about shopping cart behaviors...

You can delete a cart, if no follow-on document exists.

The following is the list of behaviours.

SC ->PO : deletion of SC possible

SC ->PRequisition: deletion of SC possible

SC ->PRequisition - PO: deletion of SC NOT possible

SC ->PO - conf. goods : deletion of SC NOT possible

SC ->PRequisition - PO - conf. goods : deletion of SC NOT possible

SC ->PO - conf. goods - enter invoice: deletion of SC NOT possible

SC -PRequisition - PO - conf. goods -enter invoice:deletion of SC NOT possible

About rejection of items, once the item is rejected, the requester can either accept changes or change and resubmit the item based on the workflow security level(set in SU01 for the user under personalisation tab) of the user.
