asset sale without customer in FA

I have a problem about "asset sale without customer".

When I sale asset to emloyee and reduce their salary or sale asset to receive cash. I must how to post?

I see when I configure "Balance Sheet account" in retirement, it only has some lines. I don't know how to configre to post detail for all cases.
