Personnel Actions ------->user group

Hi All,

I got an issue relates to personnel action. When enduser tries to create personnel action, in infotype 0000 he is getting one error"No igmod feature assigned". I have modified Igmod feature for this error and working on fine in development and transported request to quality client. When user tries to execute hiring action he is getting error no infogroups/usergroup maintained but this is working fine in development why not in quality and production.

should i make any changes in user group

pls let me know in details steps this is very critical issue....
