Enhancement for infotype IT0024

hi,

i need to add 3 custom fields on Infotype 0024 Qualifications:

 Expiration Date

 Location

 Status

Add custom fields on IT0024 for

 u201CExpiration Dateu201D MM/DD/YYYY

 u201CLocationu201D a free text field containing 40 characters where free text can be entered for the location of the training.

 u201CStatusu201D a drop down menu should contain the following options for status: Outstanding, Booked, Revalidate

can any one plz help me how to approach to solve this.
