In the Transaction STWB_INFO, I am getting the below information at the header of the ALV.

Caution Results Obsolete
What doest it Mean????????
What are the other statuses possible here.
against some of the Test Plan in the first cell i am getting a Yellow round icon with exclamatory sign.
Pls give ur views.
