CRM Middleware filters in R3AC1 are not migrating from Dev to QA.

I had some filters in R3AC1 created for CUSOTMER_MAIN & CUSTOMER_REL objects and table KNA1 ( field KUNNR ). Some of filters are deleted and a new filter added to the same objects for the same table. The transport was created for this and when it migrated to QA system. All filters for CUSATOMER_MAIN & CUSTOMER_REL are deleted. I also checked table SMOFFILTAB records are missing for the same objects. Is there any way to transport records for objects (Customer_main & Customer_rel) from DEV to QA?
